Year 7 Admissions
If your child is attending a local authority primary school you will receive an information sheet from your child’s current school during the autumn term of year 6. This will give details of the process of applying for a place. Full details can be found on the Bedford Borough website at Transfer to secondary school.
Sixth Form Admissions
Internal Applications: If your child is already a student at Biddenham and is in Year 11, they will receive an Internal Application Google Form (which includes a requirements and courses information sheet) to complete. This is sent to their school email address. They will need to complete and submit their application by the deadline shown on the form.
External Applications: Application form, information on courses and requirements for external applicants can be found on our school website under the Sixth Form section. Applications must be completed and submitted by the deadline date shown on the form.

In-Year Admissions
If you move into the area during the school year or you wish to change your child’s school, you will need to complete an in-year application form. Full details can be found on the Bedford Borough website at In-year admissions.
Once the school has received and reviewed the application (and it is successful), we will send out an Admissions Information pack for completion. When we have received this, we will contact the parent or carer by either letter or email to arrange an admission interview. A start date will be given at this point.
