Year 8 – Alan Turing work: This is an example of beautiful work by a student who was asked to research Alan Turing and create a passport profile and include the key terms from the lesson.
Year 8 – Pixel Art: Some lovely examples of Pixel Art so that the students could get used to some basic Excel Skills. The students were asked to find a picture and reproduce it using the Fill bucket and resizing cells. Some students managed to make use of conditional formatting to change the cell colours.
Year 9 – Python Code: This is an excellent example of some Python code written by a Computing student to solve a problem students were given.
Year 10 – Environmental Impact: This is an example of a student researching the environmental impact of different components of a computer.
