Maths Enrichment Day – Monday 10th July

Your child has been invited to attend the Bedford Mathematics Enrichment Day at the University of
Bedford on Monday 10th July.

We will be travelling there and back in the school minibus. We will be leaving school at 9am and
returning at 3.30pm. Students will need to be in full school uniform they will need to bring a packed
lunch and drink with them. If your child receives free school meals then they will be able to collect a
packed lunch from the school canteen on the morning of the trip.

The programme for the day is as follows:

09:30 – 10:00 Arrival and registration
10:00 – 10:30 Introduction: Kristin Coldwell
10:30 – 11:15 Workshop Session 1
11:15 – 11:30 Break
11:30 – 12:15 Workshop Session 2
12:15 – 13:00 Lunch break – students to bring packed lunch
13:00 – 13:45 Workshop Session 3
13:45 – 14:00 Break
14:00 – 14:45 Talk: Matthew Scroggs
14:45 – 15:00 Closing

There is no charge for this trip however we do still require parental consent. Please log into your
