Dear Parent/Carer
We would like to make you aware of free online GCSE science revision lessons running over the half term holidays. The revision classes, run by Tassomai, will be an interactive revision session to help all students improve their understanding of key topics. The revision sessions will be delivered as an online Zoom webinar.
They will cover the following topics;
- Tuesday 13th February at 4pm; Biology: Homeostasis and response
- Tuesday the 20th February at 5pm; Physics: Practicals for combined science paper 1,
- Thursday 22nd February at 5pm, this will still cover practicals for separate science physics, these should be suitable for all abilities.
Students will need a smart device (phone, tablet or laptop) to access the revision lessons. Please download the Zoom client app in advance and have a calculator, pen and paper available to use on the day. As this is a webinar revision lesson, you will not be able to use your microphone or camera. All communication will be via the Q&A function and chat facility (when enabled).
