Dear Parents/Carers
Parents Information Evening – Wednesday 12th January at 6.30pm – E block common area
The Geography and History departments would like to invite you to a Parent Information Evening on Wednesday 12th January at 6.30pm – 7.30pm. The evening has been arranged to inform parents/carers in more detail the itinerary of the trip, go over any health and safety procedures, and to answer any questions or concerns. On arrival please head to E block which is located at the far end of the school site. Refreshments will be available. Students are also encouraged to attend.
*Please note that this is dependent on Local and national Covid Safety Guidance*
Please be aware that full payment is needed by 19th January 2022. However a payment plan can be arranged if necessary; this can be discussed on the night.
Packing List:
- Enough clothes for 3 days plus spares in case of bad weather
- Comfortable clothes such as jeans, leggings, joggers etc to wear during the day and in the evenings Pyjamas
- Warm jumpers
- Hat, gloves, scarf
- Waterproof
- Appropriate footwear for wet/muddy conditions e.g Wellington boots, walking boots, trainers that you do not mind getting dirty
- Bin bag/carrier bag for wet, dirty items
- Backpack
- Pencil case with pen, pencil, rubber and ruler
- Towel
- Toiletries
- Lunch for the journey to StoneHenge
- Snacks and a drink for on the coach
- Electrical items may be brought on the coach for entertainment but are the responsibility of the student to keep them safe. We do not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
