Study Resistant Materials at Biddenham

Developing the ability to solve problems through the creative and imaginative use of practical skills is central and unique to the RMT curriculum. Our inclusive approach enables all students to build transferable, life relevant skills through personalised project based learning.

Students design and make a variety of challenging projects using woods, metals, plastics, composite materials and fixing components. We are a department that encourage traditional workshop skills combined with modern Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacture Technology.

For further information about our courses please see links to the 13-16 curriculum and Post-16 Curriculum.
