visited the school today to perform and pass on important messages about e-safety. The pop and rock music trio are touring around more than 100 schools in the UK to promote the importance of staying safe online and not being a part of, or falling prey to cyber bullying. The band made up of Stephen Barron, Eoghan MacMahon and Richard Power said "we feel that e-safety is a really big issue for young people all over the world today and that its negative effects can be devastating. We want to give a strong message that cyber bullying and intimidation, in any of its forms is neither cool nor acceptable".
Headteacher David Bailey was pleased to welcome them to the school "I am grateful for them heading up the importance of e-safety and presenting their message in such a powerful way".
The trio who have had two top 40 singles in Ireland have a strong online presence on YouTube and social media.
